This piece is extremely near and dear to my heart. Oftentimes, it feels like we have so so much to say but we force ourselves to keep it down and to keep quiet for fear of judgement, rejection, pain, etc. While this piece is about my thoughts on the matter, I do think that many people can relate to this same feeling.
